Evelyn Moss

Evelyn Marie Moss, age 80 of Clarkesville, passed away Friday, September 03, 2010, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.
Born in Habersham County on December 11, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Bertha Greeman Smith. Mrs. Moss was a homemaker and attended Habersham Mills Baptist Church.
Surviving are husband, Bobby “Junior” Moss; daughter and son-in-law, Toni and Jimmy Parker of Clarkesville; daughters, Brenda Hall of Grayson, Joan Dodd of Clarkesville, Barbara Cox of McDonough; sons and daughter-in-laws, Buffy and Jamie Masters of Mableton, Alan and Debbie Moss of Covington; brother and sister in-law, Jesse and Martha Smith of Cornelia; nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services are 2:00 pm Monday, September 06, 2010, at the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Rev. Anthony Shore officiating. Interment will follow in Habersham Mills Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4 & 6-9 pm on Sunday.
