Hermila Mora Ramirez

Hermila Mora Ramirez, age 73, of Cornelia, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025.

Born on May 28, 1952, in Mexico, she was a daughter of the late Salvador Mora Vallejo and Celia Ramirez Lopez. Hermila was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and in her spare time, could be found in her kitchen, cooking, or out working in her flower and vegetable gardens.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Hernandez Fernandez.

Survivors include her sons, Ramon, Ruben, Antonio, Jose, and Manuel Hernandez; daughters, Margarita, Josefina, and Maria Hernandez; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Mauricio, Antonio, Salvador, Jose, Juan, and Norberto Mora; sisters, Maria and Anita Mora; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral mass is 2 pm on Friday, October 3, 2025, at St. Mark Catholic Church.

Following the mass, the family will receive friends from 5-9 pm on Friday, at the funeral home.

Interment will take place in Mexico at a later date.
