Iva Lee Caudell Banks

Iva Lee Caudell Banks, age 86, of Demorest, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

Born on June 5, 1939, in Cleveland, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Frances Dalton Caudell.  Mrs. Banks was a homemaker who kept a fine home and was the best cook.  In her spare time, she also enjoyed working in her yard.  She attended Victory Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Garland Caudell (Betty), and a sister and brother-in-law, Annette Chambers (Emory).

Survivors include her husband of 69 years, Tilford Malon Banks; sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis Banks (Gail) and Brent Banks (Angela); daughter and son-in-law, Karen Alexander (Anthony); grandchildren, Emilee Banks, Gracie Banks, Blake Banks (Annie), Brandy Banks Parker (James), Gustin Alexander (Ligia), and Tristin Alexander; great grandchildren, Ian Levesque (Reagan), Ashton Parker, Bella Parker, and Cleo Banks; great-great grandchild, Ryland Levesque; sister and brother-in-law, Yvonne Segers (Johnny); numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Pruitt Health Hospice for the care provided to Mrs. Banks during her recent illness.

Graveside services are 11 am on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Fairfield Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Shane Jenkins officiating.
