Born in Christian County, Kentucky on September 22, 1952, she was a daughter of the late Kirby and Essie Overton Tucker. Mrs. Mulvihill retired as a food service director from Unicoi State Park. She enjoyed flowers, helping others and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Tucker; sister, Patricia Tucker.
Survivors include her husband, John Mulvihill of Demorest; step-son, Chris Mulvihill of Lula; brothers, Wallace Tucker of Pelzer, South Carolina, Monroe Tucker of Greer, South Carolina, and Chester Tucker of Seneca, South Carolina; sister, Nancy Redding of Marietta, South Carolina.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
