Mrs. Muarl Ferguson Davis, age 81, of Jefferson, GA died Thursday, December 11, 2025. Mrs. Davis was born in Cornelia to the late Lee and Rinda Tomlin Ferguson. She was retired from Jefferson City Schools. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Davis; sons, Henry and Derrick Davis; sister, Elizabeth Burch; brothers, Millard and Carroll Ferguson; and granddaughter, Lacey Davis.

Mrs. Davis is survived by her sisters, Lenell Free of Clarkesville and Runette Ansley of Cornelia; grandchildren, Stevie Hurst and Henrietta Davis; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Sunday, December 14 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Shelton officiating. Interment will follow in Jackson Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from noon until 2 p.m.
