Willie Randall Manning, 57, of Panama City, FL passed peacefully at home on Saturday, April 22, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Manning; sister, Lisa Cash; and step-father, Larry Brock.
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Brenda Manning; mother, Barbara Brock; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Janie (Anthony) Mims; children, Nikki (Kevin) Pass and Clinton (Amanda) Manning; grandchildren, Madison and Averi Pass; Makaelin, Kaiden, Kyleigh, and Kennedy Manning; siblings, Anthony (Lynn) Manning, Tammy (Wayne) Bruce, Dooley (Joy) Manning, Larry Cash, Duane (Tina) Manning, Jamie (Michelle) Brock; sisters-in-law Ruby Meeks, Beverly (Don) White; brother-in-law Robert Mims. He is also survived by several other relatives and close friends.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 11:00 am at The Chantry at The Grove. 1702 Grove Level Road, Maysville, GA 30558.
