Zeferino Zavala Sanchez, Jr., age 54 of Baldwin, passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2021.
Born in Salvatierra Guanajuato, Mexico on June 20, 1966, he was a son of the late Zeferino Zavala Contreras and Sanjuana Sanchez Flores.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Olga Zavala.
Surviving are his step-mother, Rita Ramirez De Zavala Contreras of Cornelia; daughter, Kimberly Gonzalez Zavala of Baldwin; brothers, Juan Zavala, Saul Zavala, Victor Zavala, Dennys Zavala and Brian Zavala; sisters, Irma Zavala, Elda Zavala, Nancy Zavala and Melvia Zavala; step brothers, Marco Ramirez and Andres Ramirez; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral mass is scheduled for 12 noon, Monday, June 7, 2021 at St. Mark Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Level Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 9 am until 11:30 am on Monday at the funeral home.
